I have 2 bad experiences with this company. I found out that all this was because I was Latino.
These people are the most stupid, dumb people you ever see anywhere. Not just that, but very racist. They treat people based on race. I don't think that they know that racism is a complex issue.
They don't know much about it because all the people that work there are very dumb and stupid. Any website you can post a car for sale in 20 minutes; there at Hagerty, it takes 2 weeks. I think this rule just applies to interracial people.
Myself and my lawyers are going to put this website down. I have many people that are going to team up with me.

How to get rid of Doxo program
It happened when I was logging into my head or the account which normally happens on a lot of things when you login and ask for a password I put the password in in this doc so come up thats actually what happened, but I just checked today with your agent and my insurance has been paid. Thats what I was really worried about as far as Haggerty was concerned thank you much Allen Graves.

It seems no one is concerned about privacy for your customers.
I currently have eleven autos insured and am in the process of adding two to three more.
NO ADJUSTER
I filed a claim, # MK2507****, last week, was informed that an adjuster would contact me within 24 hours. Yesterday, 7/7/2025 I contacted Robin at claims dept to check when I could expect the adjuster, she assured me that the adjuster would contact me the following day, Tuesday 8 July.
It is NOW 5:30 PM Tuesday 7/8/2025, I stayed home ALL DAY waiting for a call, heard absolutely N O T H I N G, needless to say, I am not very happy, I had things that I needed to take care of today but had to sit here all day. ( FOR NOTHING ) John Binggely

On March 8th, I drove one of my covered vehicles to a nearby gas station. After filling up with fuel, the car would not start.
I called Hagerty's number; the computer could not understand 'towing.' I got a person on the phone, only to be told that she could not find a policy number for me. She asked for my home address three times. After 20 minutes, the phone went dead. I got a gas station employee to help push the vehicle away from the gas pump.
After checking the engine, I got it started. I drove a mile home. My first thought was to cancel the policy but decided to wait until August.
I am glad I wasn't miles from home. Sandy Horton, reference #4N792**-**.

Verified ReviewerThey left a disabled 62yr old customer and girlfriend on side of busy highway for 3.5 hrs waiting on wrecker and when he did show up wrecker was broken took 1 hr to load on wrecker
They called and told me they will be reviewing my complaint and waiting on return call
The company failed at everything from beginning to end. 3.5 hours on the side of a busy highway, a broken wrecker, calls in the middle of the night (4am) to customer service, 9 days later they call and say they want to give you $75 for your troubles.
What a slap in the face. They couldn't care less.

I really wish I can give 0 star! Worse insurance company ever.
Take your money else where if you want better service. My Maserati was hit they tried to tell me I hit an object where by its not the case. adjuster CINDY DOPLER goes to ask me if theres another story. I proceeded to have someone come take a look at the car they still insist I hit an object.
I requested for how they came into that conclusion she refused to give it to me. I no well my car was hit.I have never had no problem with no insurance company before this is by far the worse but I will hire someone to take a look at my car. This insurance company is just a joke and dont care take your money else where and save your peace
Update: I spoke to MICHELLE the supervisor today and she accused me of such nasty things! My gracious idk how they are so unprofessional like this.
I still dont no how this insurance still stands! Whole bunch of scammers calling others scammers!
