This company is not truthful and has denied my claim. I regret that I chose this insurance company for a car that I adore so much and cannot drive because of a claim that was denied.

I had 12 classic muscle cars with Hagerty for 8yrs now, got in one minor accident on a totally diff policy and they didnt even let me know i was dropped, so every tagged car has no insurance, my primary agent called from Farm B insurance and gave me the news, terrible way to handle good paying customers, would not recommend to a damn soul.

Hagerty gave me liability insurance. Asked me to do a bunch of things to my car and send in pictures in order to get insurance.

I did everything requested and sent pictures. They asked for more pictures. I sent more pictures. Then said they won't insure my car even though I did everything they asked.

They could have told me that before requesting I do all this to my car and sending pictures multiple times when they knew they wouldn't insure it anyway.

Complete runaround. *** company with a terrible ethic!

I have been with Hegerty for 4 years now with no accidents or claims and you all raised my insurance from 4hundred to one thousand and forty three dollars witch Is ridiculous . And all I was told is because of the area I live in my rates increased.

I guarantee that the area they are speaking of is poor areas. I will definitely be searching for a different company in the future

Dont use them. Gieco insurance vintage car company is more than 50% cheaper.

Hagerty would not even let me cancel my cancel my insurance policy so I had to pay 2 insurance companies to cover my cars . They told me Im not allowed to cancel.

Im giving a positive review the only thing I was hoping for if they could mail me the ID cards. Very professional company they are passionate about cars like their customers its not just a vehicle to go from .8 point B but its something you have lived with and worked on for a long time. Im in my 70s I still love cars.

Im at the dmv and they wont accept the Hagerty correspondence I received yesterday. They want something more specific to June 2020 to verify coverage at that time.

I have had 3 2003 H2 hummers in the past that this company covered. The only reason I contacted them is because I got a quote and after the quote I got several emails asking me to move forward with the coverage. After going through signing documents and paying with my credit card after calling about my coverage they tell me they can't cover because not old enough.

Worst insurance company ever denied my 2020 Lamborghini insurance claim their reasoning was the person driving it their phone # was linked to a rental car business WTH is that Ill be filing a class action lawsuit against Hagerty Im researching the 12 other people needed that were wronged by this company.
